Amazing picture and sound, too few inputs/outputs

Xgimi built a great projector and the image quality and capability are exactly as advertised. We are using it as the primary screen in our living room for everyday shows, sports, and movies but able to be retracted for 90% of the time. My biggest concern moving from a television was watching sports mid-day in varied light conditions but the projector, along with an ALR screen, handles the conditions very well. Having the projector near our seating also makes it very easy to hear the speakers when in a crowded environment. My only complaint is that the inputs are limited to a single HDMI port and two USB connections which are quickly consumed by a streaming stick and screen remote. I would have preferred to be able to connect an external antenna for broadcast television, a second or third HDMI port for other inputs, and an audio output for more flexibility. Overall very happy with the purchase and well on our way to removing a TV as the centerpiece of our living room and having greater flexibility in our seating and social settings.

Great overall, but need clarification on IMAX Enhanced

I’ve been enjoying the HORIZON S Max overall—it offers great picture quality, brightness, and sound. I really appreciate how easy it is to set up and use. However, I have a question about the IMAX Enhanced feature. When does it actually take effect? I’ve been watching Disney+ content labeled as IMAX Enhanced, but what I notice is Dolby’s contrast enhancement being activated instead. Is there something I need to enable or a specific condition for IMAX Enhanced to work as intended? Thank you for any clarification!

Great projector!

It is a really sharp and beautiful image. Using during daytime is a bit hard to see but nighttime is perfect.
