Any touch of the unit it crackling noise. I have unplug it and plug it back in every time I use it.

I've tried it only at home for USB-A and USB-C, one device at a time. It did just right. The real test will be in a few months when I'll be in other countries. It seems well made. Nice and small and light. Easy to use although, at first, it was a struggle to get the USB-A to push in far enough. I saw this recommended by a travel writer I trust so I'm expecting it to do well when I travel and really need it. I recently bought a device that needs at least 20W power so I am very pleased that this has that rating although it seems only the 1 device can be charging in order to get that 20W. I expect it to be workable. Will probably wish I had bought this gizmo years ago. Thank you, Anker.

Just as Advertised

Really like the adapter. Looking forward to using on my next trip to Europe. Now I can go to other destinations with my handy adapter!
