Help with a defective module.
Sent in a simple email stating something’s wrong with one of my modules. With in hours after verifying a few things I’m having a replacement sent to me. No questions or blame. Customer service was courteous and very helpful.

Although I haven't received yet the new Strap 3.0, Iwant to enanhce the Amazing staff I found. They were super friendly and quickly replaced my old strap as the old buckle broke."
I will make a new review after receive the new strap! I'm very ansious to use it and I hope it resolvs the trobls I've been feeling with the current one.
