Magnesium Complex Supplement

Excellent supplement. I take this religiously at night and notice if I have the odd night I forget it. Recommemd this for assisting sleep.

My overall sleep is better, my deep sleep is averaging about 18mins where as before it was 0-5 minutes. My muscle spasms have eased some what, it’s only been 1 month so I’m keen to see where I’m at after 3 months.

Only just started using it so can’t be more specific I understand it helps with sleep concerns which was why I purchased it so look forward in a few weeks time to seeing if that is true thank you
