Constant mixing
I started taking this for almost a week so I can’t say whether or not it’s helping but I really like the ingredients! The taste isn’t bad at all (I’m pretty picky when it comes to drinks like this). The 4 stars is because I have to continuously mix as I am drinking it as a lot of it settles or sticks to the side of the glass.
