I had exactly one claw hair clip that worked for my hair, and when it broke, I was determined to find a replica. The Cosmo Clip was a perfect match. The post office somehow managed to destroy my package, so I was understandably frustrated. When I reached out to Acrasia, Vivien responded right away and promptly put a replacement clip in the mail even though the post office was clearly to blame. (I tried to solve the problem with them first.) My new clip arrived safe and sound (in excellent packaging), and I am delighted with the quality of my new clip. Thanks again, Vivien. The lemon color is light and pretty! These clips are high quality and do a great job of holding up my hair.
