Packaging
I have no issue with the product itself, it works great. However the bag it is packaged in is very hard to reseal. I know that cal can loose it's effectiveness, so I would recommend finding a bag that reseals better. Often I think I've sealed it well, but then upon reaching for it get puffs of cal in the air, which is not good and unpleasant to inhale.

Excellent!
Cal is necessary for nixtamalization. It makes the removal of the pericarp super easy. My Pozole was a huge hit!
