Next time I make a paella, will send a photo. Swoon-worthy! This Saffron is full flavored, adds a gorgeous color to the rice, and gives an exotic aroma to the dishes it graces. When you take the time to get the soccarat, that saffron is in there giving that crust perfect flavor. You can't go wrong with this premium pick. I have tried a lot of saffrons: this is the good stuff.

I’ve ordered saffron from World Spice before and it was great. This package came very well packed and, although I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, I have no doubt it will be the same excellent quality as before. It smells wonderful.
