Dill Weed

A chef from Sweden once claimed that you could never use too much dill. And I took it to heart. While fresh dill rules, World Spice’s dried dill is a close second — for roasting chicken, making borscht, tuna salad or brightening up hummus. It’s an herb that keeps things fresh all year long.

This dill is far fresher than dried dill I have used all along, never thinking of trying something new. I am glad I have now.
