Not Good

The face stones were awesome but this new product is not. It does not glide well in the face and the packaging is horrible. I could not get it to push up out of the packaging so had to tear off the cardboard to get access to the product.

Love love the products. I think this is like my 10th stone and the face balm is fab too !!!

I never received nmy order. I contacted customer support, no reply, no acknowledgement.
