Dissatisfied
I have been very satisfied with Evan Designs products in the past, but not this last order. I ordered three "Fire LED Kits" hoping they would simplify using flickering & solid Mega LEDs. The kits flash more like a fire truck or police car than flickering like burning fire. Very unrealistic and disappointing. To make it worse, the solid Mega LED is no longer available on the web site to match the flickering Mega LEDs. Tried calling- no answer; sent an email to customer support - no response yet. In all my previous transactions with Evan Designs I have been very satisfied, but not this time.

great service
I've had 2 orders so far and will have more soon. Kae, is a friendly source of information too. I'd also say that you can buy LED's from amazon too at low cost. But Evans Design provides unique offerings at a reasonable price with high quality. For me, the time you put in to make the lights work is important. And I don't like removing and rewiring projects with defective parts. So I'll stick with Evans.
