I used it to go over a recent build and it gave it a lovely soft matte finish and evened out the color on the larger pieces, namely the shield of an RX78. The colored plate always has some lines of darker coloring and the balancer erased them.

Great to use for scuffing up tge surface to paint. One of my must haves.
