Smart Car Diffuser

1/5 Aroma360 markets itself as a luxury brand, but this was one of the worst fulfillment & customer service experiences I’ve had. My original diffuser order took over a month to arrive. Before it even showed up, my refill subscription shipped first — & arrived completely leaked empty. After multiple emails, photos, & escalations, the original diffuser finally arrived, except it was missing the cotton core required for operation, meaning I still couldn’t even use the product. The replacement/original oil cartridge also appeared substantially underfilled & already smelled strongly upon opening, suggesting leakage or poor QC yet again. The entire process was fragmented across multiple support reps with no ownership or accountability. I received automated surveys & “customer satisfaction” emails while the order was still unresolved. For a company branding itself as “luxury,” the fulfillment, QC, & customer support experience felt completely amateurish.

Decent product in theory, but does not last. I have bought 3, but I am not spending any more in replacements
