Very moisturizing for dehydrated skin

I don’t drink enough water, I hereditarily have dry skin and find in warmer, more humid climates my skin THRIVES. NYC water and weather, however, constantly has me layering 18 million products in hopes that my shin doesn’t look like I’ve never used lotion a day in my life. This lotion isn’t waxy, moisturizes AND hydrates my skin to the point where it feels soft to the touch several hours after application. It works supremely alone, but — again, she a dry girl— goes to another level with Cyklar Milky Essence underneath. So if your legs and feet look like they unjustly carry the lines and lives of a thousand redwood trees and elephant legacies give this a go. Also, a little chemical exfoliants (Cyklar Glycolic Acid & Necessaire Retinol) never hurt anybody.
