Foldable V-Flat 2.0 (improved)

Your customer service has been a gem and taken care of me whenever I’ve had problems with these products. However I can’t agree that this product is new and improved from the prior version. Sure the lack of Velcro is in theory better, but in reality these magnets limit the number of angles possible for the V-flat/make it hard to open, and unfortunately the framing around the v flat has been defective on 2/2 v-flats ordered. That said if you let customer service know they take care of you and send a new one without any questions. I hope V-flat world can come up with a third iteration that doesn’t have these problems.

I ordered two V-flat panels, but one arrived damaged. I contacted customer support to inquire about the necessary steps to receive a replacement. They were very helpful and guided me through the process. Thank you to the support team. The V-flat themselves are high-quality and perform excellent in my work.

This is great - solid build and super easy to use, love it! I originally ordered from B&H and it was disastrous; arrived very damaged and they were hassling me on a return. Toby from your CS dept really stepped up and shipped me a brand new one; above and beyond the call of duty!! Great product, awesome customer service — I’ll spread the word. Thanks again 👍
