I went from shaving to learning how to sugar wax myself when I 1st ordered from them last spring. There was a learning curve but it is worth it. I no longer shave my pits and legs and I have much less hair growth in between each wax. I ordered the ice pack kit and it solves any issues I had with waxing my armpits and the sugar becoming too gooey. After the 1st few times it isn't painful either. The body scrub is so nice to use before hoping out of the shower as well.
