Solid craftsmanship!!!
The build, the welds, the hardware of this bar is SOLID!!!! overall the one "weak" part of this bar is probably the mounting plates/bracket but it's no by no means weak. After installation I grabbed the bar and shaked it, the bar did not felt like it moved at all, the brackets did its job. Only the car shaked. If that's not built tough then I don't know what is.

GR Corolla Front Strut Brace
The strut brace is great, but it needs a few tweaks. The brackets that attach the bar to the strut towers should be redesigned. They interfere with the metal tray under the plastic wiper cowl, and the ability to install the outer 2 clips that hold the plastic wiper cowl to the metal tray below it. The bolts that the strut bar mount to should also be welded about 1/4" closer to the windshield as the bar rubs the engine cover. If that was done in conjunction with a slightly smaller diameter bar that was equally stiff, this would be perfect. It just needs a little work still. It does look fantastic and I love the improvement it makes.

First Impressions: High Hopes for the TB Strut Bar
Just wrapped up the install, but with the wet and cold weather, it’s not the best time to evaluate performance yet. I haven’t put the TB Strut Bar through its paces, but if it’s anything like the other TB products I’ve used, I’m expecting a big difference. The GR Corolla’s strut towers are notorious for flexing under load, and this brace is built to eliminate that, improving handling and steering feedback. Given TB’s track record for quality, I’m confident this will deliver. Looking forward to testing it out—stay tuned for updates after the first drive!
