Amazing sleep

Deep Sleep has worked really well for both my husband and me. We've found it helps us relax before bed and has improved the quality of our sleep. Everyone's experience will be different, but it's definitely been worth trying for us, and we'll continue using it.

I've been using Roogenics Deep Sleep Powder for a while now and I highly rate it. It has a pleasant berry taste that is not too sweet but sweet enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. How do I know it works? Because if I am silly enough to run out my sleep is nowhere nearly as good and my monkey mind wakes up. Highly recommend

I've tried this and the tea, both are great at getting me to a lovely relaxed state, and I've experienced a lot of insomnia before this. It's not a full on sedative but it's a beautiful ritual before bed.
