Just ordered our 3rd container. Arrived in great shape. This lard has a mild taste thats perfect for pastries and anythink flaky. Will be a Returning Customer.

Can't beat Lard for an incredible golden color and perfect crisp

I most recently used Lard to make homemade sopapillas. Using it in place of vegetable shortening in the dough made for silky, pillowy sopapillas. Frying them in Lard created the perfect, golden color. Utter perfection inside and out.

Product finally delivered. Received several hours after I got the email stating it had been delivered, so some confusion there, however the lard is excellent. Very clear, and my sauteed vegetables tasted great. Will definitely purchase again.
