I have no lard

Hello, Regarding order#20338. I never received my lard. Instead I received tow wagyu beef tallow and a wagyu beef tallow with no top on it. I filled out your in house request for help. I have not heard from anyone. I have tried to call twice. Once I was told to send and email and the other no one answered. Not very good customer service. Please reach out to me with order # 20338

Short shelf life

The best by or expire date is only few months out. I bought four containers hoping to stretch a dollar with a coupon applied. But now may need to use more aggressively so it doesn’t go bad. This is my third time making a purchase from Chicago packing.
