My two wick pumpkin spice candle was delivered perfectly, and as always, really protected with lots of wrapping, however my sanctuary candle which the pictures are below it’s like someone dropped the box too hard when they delivered it, and of course the glass is all crushed.
If possible, I would really like a replacement for 2wick sanctuary candle.
Please let me know how we can handle this to make it right.
