Berberine

I have been taking the tablets for about 3 months and I’ve been watching my nutritional intake and have increased my physical activity. I am loosing weight slow but not sure if this is down to the tablets or my increase in exercise and monitoring my nutritional intake

Always shipped and arrived in good time ...towards the end of my second bottle I unfortunately experienced severe bloating..regarding general wellbeing I feel it did help with reducing my appetite ..I may return to the product at some time in the future

It’s definitely working, It’s really cut down on my cravings for anything sweet and it’s only been a week, so I would recommend trying it 👍.
