Worst experience ever

It is the worst online purchase experience ever. First of all I opted for an expedited delivery. This product got stuck in customs. Got a call from FedEx customer clearance to provide my passport and ID. I did that. Finally received the package more than a week later. Here is the worst part. I received a bill of $12 from FedEx as a custome clearance duty fee. Are you joking? I paid you extra for fast shipping and then you charge me for duty. You should return my money. Highly over valued product and with worst shipment service of my life. Don't buy any product from this site. I would have given negative rating if they had an option.
