Triphala tablets

I am used to triphala powder, but drinking tea before bed was making me wake up needing to use the bathroom mid way through the night, I have been loving the tablets so I can actually get a good nights sleep while still getting my beloved triphala in the evening.

Triphala has been my go to for some time helping with digestion and elimination. This Triphala is clean and potent and is a miracle worker wit the gut.

I take one or two tablets every night for gut health and regularity. they are essential in my travel kit and I bring extra.
