Tune up

Send it back to MAXPRO for tune up, I’m living the country for about year and I figured it should be service. It came back better than new. Thank you. I Will be uploading pictures once I’m on the road.

Tremendous customer service

I purchased a used MaxPro unit off Marketplace at a reasonable price. The unit operated well but just to make sure cables and tension were in good working order I contacted MaxPro regarding their TuneUp Program. I received immediate answers to my questions and step-by-step instructions which were clear, reasonable and easy to follow. Once the unit was returned to MaxPro they were very communicative with providing status of repair and return schedule. I am just a regular guy who appreciates a company following through with what they say they will do. Highly recommended
