Tremendous customer service
I purchased a used MaxPro unit off Marketplace at a reasonable price. The unit operated well but just to make sure cables and tension were in good working order I contacted MaxPro regarding their TuneUp Program. I received immediate answers to my questions and step-by-step instructions which were clear, reasonable and easy to follow. Once the unit was returned to MaxPro they were very communicative with providing status of repair and return schedule. I am just a regular guy who appreciates a company following through with what they say they will do. Highly recommended

Tune-up program
I recommend Maxpro’s tune-up program. I have two (2) MAXPRO SC units I rotate between every other day. My workouts include light resistance and a lot of reps. I prefer the company replace my unit’s cables and ensure other components remain in good condition. The program is a good value in my opinion.
