I ordered two ReflexSight products. One worked and it was excellent. The other one did not function. There was no bullseye reticle even using different batteries.Trying to contact support was confusing. When I got to a form, I filled it out and submitted it, but there was no automatic email stating that a return/replacement process has started. So the functional product was great, the non-functioning item is still with me and its future is uncertain.
