It fits perfectly on my standing rack from overdrive 2.3 x 2.3 (5/8 holes". Just take note its not powder coated and no knurling .

Versatile bar

Can do so many things with this bar. I mainly use it with jammer arms for benching and with uclips as a Landmine attachment. List will go on. Very happy with this purchase.

Got this to provide an adjustable height bar on my Rogue Monster rig. Interestingly Rogue doesn't have an adjustable bar like this for their Monster series. Fits perfectly, easy to move and adjust. Great for my kids so they can do pull-ups too. Only issue is with a single bolt, if you are doing kipping you get some clanking and a bit of bar movement. So best used for strict pull-ups.
