Go-to hydration
Perfect for training when I don’t need any carbs, or when I want to get carbs separate from my drink. As a salty sweater, this provides almost all the sodium I lose during activity.

Fantastic way to keep hydrated
Love LMNT. It is an outstanding way to stay hydrated and avoid cramping during physical activity. Don’t just have to use it for training. Drink it prior to any outdoor activity in the heat when you are going to sweat a lot, like mowing the grass or working in the garden. Very good product.

It just works
I love LMNT, I have used it for a couple of years now and nothing else works like this stuff, for me. It also tastes great, the watermelon and grapefruit are my favorites.
