Great glasses love the frame

Nice glasses, shame about the purchase experience.
Recent purchase of this lovely pair of optical frames after getting them in a different colour in person at the Soho based NYC store previously.
Was sent without the standard case with no information to suggest that this was due to a stock shortage.
Annoyingly, I had to email a number of times to get the usual standard V and Y case sent. Eventually got them. Now finally able to enjoy having them and will sort the lenses.
Despite making beautiful frames, there is some work needed on customer experience and consistency. Grateful to have it sorted, but should not have had an issue in the first place.
