Very Hip

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses. The style and fit is killer, my only drawback was both pairs say “HIP” on the outside temple area of the frames, which was not on the images on their website, but aside from that, awesome looks. Average, or above average build, for the price, and the prescriptions feel perfect.

The Rx was wrong on both, as confirmed by my optimitrist. It was an interim pair to hold me over between cararact surgeries; the doc asked what the Rx was, and i couldnt recall. While I was retrieving it, she put the Hip glasses in a device that confimed that one was -3.25 and the other was a little below -3.25. I then found the Rx that I’d sent to Hip, and it was for -3.00 in both. Hip allowed me to send them back to have both lenses replaced at no charge; I haven’t yet confirmed if they got it right the second time. But i love the frame, and they were delivered quickly and securely.

Customer service was fast, effective and efficient. Shipping was quick. Thanks for being there when my eye doctor wasn't. Wouldn't mind purchasing through this company again.
