I have used this product before and loved it! I purchased it when I had a Mohs procedure and my doctor said to only use silicone gel on the scar-great advise as it looks amazing! uspreviously purchased it thru Amazon, but didn’t find it available there so I purchased it thru the company. This of course changed the method of shipping. This was sent USPS, so there was the extra cost, which was ok, I really liked this product and did not want to substitute. The product took 9 days to arrive with a few delays along the way. It was just packaged in a plastic sleeve, with no padding. The bag looked like it had been battered and was dirty. The cap was slightly off. I was afraid it was damaged and might not pump, however it works fine. I would recommend a different shipping method. However, I love the product and the results! Definitely recommend it.
