Vibrancy Now

I give this formula two stars because I truly have no idea whether it is doing what it claims to do. I've heard supplements are sometimes like having an oil change in your car. You don't notice the results when driving, but it's necessary for the health and longevity of the engine. So, who knows? I really do wish the federal government would regulate this industry. As it stands now, there's really no way to know which supplements are effective and perform the way their manufacturer claims and which are just a money grab.

I don't believe I've been taking this long enough to feel much of a difference. But I feel great and believe in the Himalayan institute suggestions. So i'm sure it will help me out.
