Worse $ 55 i ever spent. It’s very cumbersome to put the magnets in your nose because they are so small very hard to get them right. Breathe right does a better job

Definitely Helps With Snore Volume
Was recommended this by one of the Sleep Doctor's associates, it definitely opens up my airways more and assists with my minor sleep apnea snoring volume. Works leaps and bounds better than Breathe Right!
