A little more work to power on to the proper temperature but once I did a couple of times it became simpler. Because i leave plugged in, the off power button never turns off. It constantly blinks so at night its not convenient to leave plugged in. Overall use of it is easy and I am super happy i purchased

Excellent Customer Service

Best Flat Iron ever!
My favorite flat iron has always been the Babyliss that had a comb attached but not after using this one! It is amazing! Thank you!
