I like the product. It goes on smoothly and feel nice on the skin.
I do not have the firming sensation as touted by the advertisement.
Ive only started using it a week ago so full results are still pending.

The product is great however the website and customer service is not. It would be great if the website would show how many kits you have active and give you the option to deactivate kits you do not want. I hade to call 5 tiimes before I finally got someone to close my account

Good product BUT…
However customer services not so good I have ordered twice and both times stuff was missing and both time promised to receive a complementary gift still have not received it !
