Items arrived broken, support remains unresponsive

I ordered 6 of these, and 3 arrived broken, clearly due to poor packaging. After two attempts to return the product online, I took them to a nearby Muji Store who also could not accept a return. They said many items they received also arrived broken due to a warehouse transition that had been causing chaos. They asked me to forward my emails to Muji so they could kick it up to management, but I never heard back.

Perfect for office supplies and toiletries.

Perfect drawer; I use it to store bulk toiletries in my linen closets and another in my office for printer paper. The quality and construction is beautiful.

Great Storage!

For items you want easy access to but want out of sight when not in use- these are excellent. Sleek and stackable. I'm buying more today.
