The flowers I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. They arrived wilted and never recovered, even after being placed in fresh water. This bouquet was for my loved one’s birthday, and I had to buy another bouquet because these flowers looked old and dying. Your website promises a full refund if the customer is not satisfied. Please honor that promise and issue a full refund. Very disappointing experience.
