I'm really enjoying the functionality of these. Although I had to find a technique to get just the right amount of liquid, they work as intended. It'd be a dream if there was be a comparable solution for the small capsules, as well

These are extremely expensive to purchase and ship internationally, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I contacted customer service because the Pour Adapter would not work properly with my Large Capsule (using the Extender). I was told it is only compatible with the Medium Capsule. However, the product page states it works with the Small, Medium and Large Capsules, and the promotional videos also appear to show it being used with the Large Capsule. On my product, the lid does not screw down flush, making it unusable for the purpose I purchased it for. Based on the information on the website, I feel the product description is misleading.

Order initially incomplete. Reqd me to prove cheap pour adaptors were missing. Misleading ads, poor descrptns (requires cust to observe/draw inferences), missing important FAQs & no response to email, tho I continue to get mktg email. Contacted via FB & offered phone# or to continue comms via SM. No response until I began commenting on SM posts. Company wants me to trust them to return merchandise prior to refund (which will only happen after they *receive* the merchandise vs. upon confirmed shipment) despite failing to even acknowledge their part in misleading ads (for which evidence was provided), & poor-to-nonexistent direct communication. I even have a screenshot of someone else complaining about the poor communication on one of their FB posts, which also described no response to her direct emails about structural cracks in a supposedly indestructible product. They're cute but I can't recommend the quality, and the customer service is nonexistent--especially for a luxury product.
