It's a Toss-up

I mean how do you pick a favorite between buratta filled with stracciatella or just the stracciatella? I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ stracciatella in my Italian Sausage Soup and buratta on breads, pizzas, etc. This cheese is heaven sent. Since I'm a displaced New Yorker (whose Italian MIL cooked dinner for the family every Sunday literally a stones throw from Little Italy) and now live in NC, finding Italian cheeses like this was almost impossible. I even put it in my brocolli rabe. My born and bred southern friends flipped when I served my meatballs and spaghetti topped with it. You haven't lived until you've tried stracciatella, trust me.

All this was was little pieces of mozzarella scraps in liquid. I ended up throwing it in the garbage. I had absolutely no use for this.
