Sent my package to an incorrect address. 1000 + dollar worth of cards sent to the wrong persons mailbox. Unbelievable.

The service is fast, the site navigation and order updates are great. Rudy got me and I am queueing up a stack to send over. They are super responsive to emails and don't use corporate speak, just honest genuine conversation. The slab is solid and love subgrades. I will be back, next time I hope to get that 10 gold label!
