The packaging is very cute, and the matcha color is great. However, I made a matcha latte immediately after receiving it in the mail, and despite her video & packaging describing the matcha as nutty, more bitter than sweet profile - I was taken back by how incredibly bitter this taste, even after mixed with oat milk & strawberry puree (I normally mostly only drink matcha americano). The bitterness was very similar to how my ippodo matcha tasted when I left it out at room temp for >4mo (unopened), so I wonder if the tin I received had been sitting in a warehouse too long/experienced temp fluctuations during shipping. Even after refrigeration, the matcha is definitely beyond salvage and continues to be unpleasantly bitter despite heaping amounts of honey/strawberry puree/oat milk. I don’t believe the tin I received truly represents the product Remy passionately speaks about, but it is disappointing that product quality may not be maintained by the time it reaches the consumer.
