Chipotle Maple Rub

Wonderful on chicken

We tasted a sample of this maple chipotle last year at your store in Portland Maine, and bought a small bag. We liked it so much that when we had used it all up we ordered more. Our order arrived in just a few days. The mix is just spicy enough to add interest to a chicken breast. Rub a little olive oil onto boneless chicken breast, then sprinkle on this mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes. Delicious and so easy. Thank you Skordo.

I used the maple chipotle on a chicken breast that I had cut slits on the top of and stuffed with Boursin cheese and covered with prosciutto. I put the maple chipotle on top of the prosciutto and baked it .. my oh my .. I have made this twice and it is a new favorite.. what a wonderful spice. It was the only spice I used ..and the only one I needed
