I had been purchasing my fresh caught fish from another company until they were bought out by a very large corporation and ruined. I searched for another source for the last three years and am just thrilled that I have finally found that source in Premier Catch. I am so pleased with the fish that I have received in my first two orders that I have now signed up for regular monthly deliveries. I love the ability to pick what I want and not be restricted to a pre-set box. The Miso marinated is my absolute favorite but the halibut and salmon that I have had are equally wonderful. I added a touch of old bay seasoning on it and put them in the air fryer on 400F and cooked them for 11 minutes and they came out perfect! Delicious! Will be getting more!
