Ordered 5/13/26 - Still Have Not Received

I ordered and paid a US order for this on May 13, 2026. It still has not been received. I inquired today and they said I need to wait 14 business days before they can do anything (?!?!). They are not fulfilling what they say of shipping in 1-2 business days. If there is a problem with shipping partners, etc. this is not my problem and makes for a bad customer experience!! Do not order if you need in a reasonable time. I've had this product before and never had an issue in the past.
