Easy process and love my new prescription glasses!

The style of this frame was great, however the arms were too short and a bit flimsy. The return process was simple, just keep in mind that if your are purchasing from outside of the USA that you will be required to pay the shipping charges. Otherwise dealing with Vint & York was professional and they refunded my purchase despite the shipping being held up due to the postal mail strike in Canada.

I love the Ciello eyewear, but they need adjusting. When I get my prescription put in them, they will fit better.
