The toy itself is quite good, especially for the price. The design is cute snd sleek, the vibrations are strong, and the battery holds a decent charge. While not silent, it is relativley quiet. My cons, however, are with the charger and the storage bag. The magnetic charger is not strong enough to stay put, which is espeically annoying considering the shape of the toy makes it prone to rolling around when set on a surface to charge. My original charger also shorted and made a huge spark randomly and melted the prongs. There was no dust/fibers/dirt/moisture trapped between the connection or anything, so im not sure what happened?? The storage bag leeches dye onto the toy making it look smudged and dirty and i havent yet found a way to make it look clean again. TLDR; toy itself is great, charger has weak connection and poor quality, and storage bag stains the toy

I love this product and it works great! Only thing is the claim is that the handle doesn’t vibrate, but it kinda does still. Totally not a problem at all though
