Love this! I only bought the sample size as I was concerned it may have an artificial sweetener taste but, not at all. I have since bought the full size container and enjoy it every night- it has quickly become part of my routine. I do believe I am sleeping better as a result, less waking up (I'm a couple of weeks in). I would recommend.

The Evening Elixir is one of my favourite products, specifically as the weather grows cooler and I snuggle up in my PJ's to watch a bit of telly with a lovely cup of this chocolaty treat in hand before turning in at night.
