Green Split Peas

I was happily surprised to see how green the split peas were when they arrived!! I have never seen such green peas in the grocery store which tells all of us just how old they are sitting on the shelf, or when they were packaged! I highly recommend ordered from Camellia Beans! Absolutely fabulous for soup!
