Great fit - They don't travel on my arm even when smashing down rough and tumble trails. I've taken one fall on them so far, and they stopped me from needing a few stitches. A great insurance policy is a proactive one. Pearl Izumi for the win, once again!

Just buy them

I never been an elbow pad wearer, but then I realized that it can really mess up your year to injure your elbow and it is not hard to do. These just slip on, they are not bulky, offer good protection, you don't notice them and they are not not hot. Actually there was hardly any sweat in them after a couple hr ride on a 75 degree day. Chances are they are cheaper than the co-pay at the hospital and they will not mess up your riding. No cons. They are a little on the tight side. I was on the line of small/ medium and the medium fits well, but I could see them being tight if I were a little bigger and not in the large measurements. I would say they are good for all riding, if you are doing full on down hill they would probably get you by.
