Not sure how long this was supposed to last

The product itself is pretty good, I thought I was taking care of it pretty well but I've had this for just under 5 months and the motor is stuttering constantly, like completely giving out. I'm not sure how long the lifetime of this product was supposed to last but I thought at least 8ish months, pretty disappointing since I paid like $50 CAD in total to get it. 😭

pretty powerful, tends to get very hot

I had the original battery version and liked the speed on that one a lot, although the battery power made it a lot less durable and streamlined than the new charging version. The new version is much easier to use and clean. I find it leans a little bit on the powerful side for me but still usable and nice. However, it seems to overheat or something and get uncomfortably warm when I'm using it for longer than a few minutes, and I have to turn it off and remove it so that it doesn't hurt
