Good but have some feedback

I think the material, shape, color, and design are pretty top notch. Here is what I would kindly and respectfully consider changing: I think this would be better a little bit longer and thicker. I’m not interested in this kind of thing for external use, but to be a bit easier to hold and aim to the area I’m using it on. I also think that 4 speed settings instead of 4 would be best and I’m saying that because the second setting is a bit too soft and the 3rd setting is just a hair too aggressive. I’ve been getting to know this toy.

Not sure how long this was supposed to last

The product itself is pretty good, I thought I was taking care of it pretty well but I've had this for just under 5 months and the motor is stuttering constantly, like completely giving out. I'm not sure how long the lifetime of this product was supposed to last but I thought at least 8ish months, pretty disappointing since I paid like $50 CAD in total to get it. 😭
