Easiest way to receive a new night guard

I contacted customer support with questions about their product and all of my questions were answered kindly. Then, once I purchased the product and the supplies came to the door, the instructions to complete my impressions were so easy to follow! I did, however, need several tries to get my upper impressions correct. Even then, JSDL has a service where you can send pics of your impressions before you ship it back to make sure everything looks right! Everyone has been so kind and easy to work with! The only downside is that their response time is a bit slow. The longest I went without a response was 2 business days. I’ll definitely use JSDL again when needed.

Perfect fit!

It was the absolute perfect fit, and I am so grateful I didn’t have to spend $400 at my orthodontist. The instructions were clear, and communication was excellent. I highly recommend it and will certainly buy it again.
